Unlike traditional vending machines, the Smart 360 creates a frictionless shopping experience. Customers simply swipe a card or use a supported digital payment method to open the door. Once products are removed, the integrated AI recognition system accurately identifies purchased items and charges the customer automatically.

With five customizable shelves and a capacity of approximately 245 standard 500ml beverage bottles, the Smart 360 supports a wide range of products including drinks, snacks, salads, sandwiches, meal kits, flowers, and other grab-and-go items. The adjustable temperature system operates from approximately –8°F to 50°F, allowing the unit to function as either a freezer or refrigerated cooler.
